Dinner Menu

Starters

  • Red pepper halves stuffed with fresh tomato, garlic and anchovies, drizzled with mild chilli oil and roasted.
  • Halloumi cheese ( sheep’s cheese) lightly fried in olive oil and served with a delicious dressing of lime juice and zest, garlic, coriander, capers and white wine vinegar- absolutely delicious. Served with pita bread.
  • Soups -Roasted pepper ,tomato and vodka; Roasted butternut squash and honey; Spinach and root ginger
  • Mushrooms with garlic and parsley, served with a hollandaise sauce and topped poached free range egg 
  • Fresh mussels cooked in white wine and cream.
  • Polenta cooked on a griddle and served with Dolcelatte, vine tomatoes and fresh Bazil.
  • Homemade smoked trout pate.

Main

  • Medallions of pork fillet cooked with shallots, fresh tomatoes, garlic and sherry.
  • Wild rocket, Black Forest ham and Gouda cheese stuffed chicken
  • Tender escallops of chicken, pan fried and served in a Madera wine sauce.
  • Char grilled tuna steak marinated in olive oil, lime juice and garlic cooked to taste.
  • Fresh salmon marinated in lime juice and grilled with Cajun spices.
